I am more independent and not afraid to be myself around other people.

My Aventuro exchange has made me more independent and I now feel more comfortable to be myself and confident to be a little different around other people. I really feel that it has helped me so much linguistically, I now speak more fluidly and my accent has improved tremendously. Sinead and Saoirse were always in contact with me, they really made me feel that if I ever needed anything they would be there. This exchange has made me realise how different each country is, the culture and lifestyle in general in Germany is so different to Ireland, it really opened my eyes!
